ArenaPlud Terms and Conditions

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the ArenaPlud platform — including browsing the site, creating a member account, making a deposit, or placing a wager — you enter into a binding agreement with ArenaPlud and confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use ArenaPlud.

ArenaPlud may modify these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to check this page periodically so you stay informed of any changes.

These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active ArenaPlud account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services under Philippine law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, or close associate of ArenaPlud or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary account restriction on ArenaPlud or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration and maintain that information going forward.

ArenaPlud reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or close accounts that do not meet these requirements. Any winnings generated by ineligible accounts are subject to forfeiture.

3 Account Registration

Each eligible person may register only one ArenaPlud account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. ArenaPlud uses identity verification systems to detect duplicate accounts, and any account found to be a duplicate will be suspended immediately with all associated balances frozen pending review.

During registration you are required to provide your real full name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and other information as requested. This information is used to verify your identity and process your transactions. ArenaPlud may request supporting documents — such as a government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment account ownership documents — as part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ArenaPlud username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. ArenaPlud is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to credential sharing. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on ArenaPlud are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). ArenaPlud does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion on behalf of members. Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard.

Deposits are generally credited to your ArenaPlud wallet within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's end. ArenaPlud is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, banking system outages, or network interruptions outside our control.

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that are registered in your name and match the verified identity on your ArenaPlud account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier — standard accounts are processed within 24–48 hours, Gold members within the same day, Platinum and Diamond members receive priority and near-instant processing with zero fees.

• ArenaPlud reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending KYC verification

5 Bonuses and Promotions

ArenaPlud offers various bonuses and promotional offers to members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and VIP Club benefits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly at the point of offer. The general bonus rules below apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet on ArenaPlud and cannot be withdrawn directly. Bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal only after the stated wagering requirement (turnover) has been completed. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet on eligible products before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

ArenaPlud reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be shared between accounts. Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including creating multiple accounts to receive the same bonus, placing opposing bets to fulfill wagering requirements without genuine risk, or any other form of bonus abuse — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on ArenaPlud are final once confirmed. ArenaPlud will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where ArenaPlud determines in its sole discretion that an obvious error has occurred — such as a clearly incorrect odds posting. Decisions made by ArenaPlud in such circumstances are final.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per table. These limits are displayed within each product before you place a bet. ArenaPlud reserves the right to restrict bet sizes for individual accounts at its discretion, including following unusual betting patterns or as a risk management measure.

For live events — including sports betting, live Sabong, and live card games — bets placed after an event has already begun (in-play bets) are valid only if the ArenaPlud platform has confirmed them before the relevant outcome is determined. In cases where a technical issue results in a bet being accepted after the outcome is known, ArenaPlud reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ArenaPlud. Engaging in any of these behaviors may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all balances without prior notice:

• Creating more than one ArenaPlud account, regardless of the identity used
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with or manipulate ArenaPlud systems
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or with other players for guaranteed profit exploitation
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds with no genuine intent to wager
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward ArenaPlud staff or other players via any communication channel
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any correspondence with ArenaPlud
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain and failing to report them immediately
• Using payment methods or accounts that are not registered in your own name

8 Responsible Gaming

ArenaPlud is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Philippine players. We recognize that while the vast majority of members play recreationally without issue, some individuals may develop problematic gambling behavior. ArenaPlud provides the following responsible gaming tools directly within your account settings:

• Voluntary deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Session time limits and reminders
• Loss limits (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Cooling-off periods (temporary self-exclusion)
• Permanent self-exclusion upon request

These tools take effect immediately upon activation and cannot be overridden by the member during the set period. ArenaPlud will not send promotional materials to members who have activated cooling-off or self-exclusion tools. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ArenaPlud platform — including but not limited to the ArenaPlud name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, images, software, and product names — is the exclusive property of ArenaPlud or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ArenaPlud platform for personal, recreational gaming purposes only. This license does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any ArenaPlud content without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of ArenaPlud's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

ArenaPlud provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous availability and accurate game outcomes, ArenaPlud cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance windows may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ArenaPlud shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues beyond ArenaPlud's control
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials
• Actions taken by ArenaPlud in good faith to comply with legal obligations or prevent fraud
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers

Nothing in these Terms limits ArenaPlud's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

11 Termination

ArenaPlud reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at any time and without prior notice if we determine, at our sole discretion, that:

• The member has breached any part of these Terms
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes
• The member has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and carries a zero balance
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory or legal risk to ArenaPlud

Members may also voluntarily close their ArenaPlud accounts at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment account. Account closure requests are processed within five business days.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding the existence, validity, or termination of these Terms, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

ArenaPlud operates under its Philippine gaming license and is subject to the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR and other applicable Philippine regulatory bodies. Any complaint about ArenaPlud's operations may be directed to our customer support team in the first instance. Unresolved complaints may be escalated to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
